I have my hardrive partitioned with all data on virtual drives & only programs on my boot drive (C:\), so my best option is to format C:\ & reinstall everything. But search is the same. So far nothing has worked and the only thing I have not yet tried was re-installing teh whole OS. This was a recent XP install (months) and I got a whole lot of updates all at once, but the search worked fine for quite a while until recently (weeks). this contact form
