Otherwise, register and sign in. If its just the WASD giving you a problem, you might double check the Preferenes-General setting for pressing letter keys and make sure its set for movement. Without the extra button to use in combination with WASD though, it wouldn't help because it would override those keys during chat, renaming of items, etc..
