By the way, I tried copying the folders (C:\Program Files\Windows for Small Business Server\Licensing) from another SBS server and paste it into the newly installed SBS and perform a regsvr32 SBSLicSnap.DLL. I eventually found itwas caused by DEP blocking the wizard. Spent hours looking for an actual solution.
