I've heard you can "jailbreak" these E models, but I want to steer clear of that. So Today I read a lot of forums but non of them helped me! Go to Menu, then Support, then go to Software Update. Tried resetting, unplugging, the lot.

Once done the TV shut down & then turned on by itself (as mentioned on the screen). I don't know why the reset would solve the problem one day, then the next morning it was back to not working and resetting the tv again does not fix the I hope there will be a solution for that very soon. It only takes a minute.
