You guys can simply go to SETTING>PERSOANAL> LANGUAGE AND INPUT. Note 4 Predictive Text Not Working Predictive text is still set to "ON" and I haven't changed the language or anything... You can also toggle automatic capitalization, spacing, and punctuation as desired.
