This will bring up the little sidebar on the right of the screen and the date on the lower left in Windows 8. I’ve installed the updated Toshiba Value Added Package but this hasn’t fixed this problem.You may like to try updating or reinstalling your Touchpad drivers. Go to the synaptic touchpad icon, click or right click.... Solution First make sure that touchpad is not disabled. Keyboard Layout 2 (Windows XP, Vista and 7 Notebooks)This can be re-enabled using your FN+F9 keys.
