Try to plug in the USB drive before you turn on the computer. It was first released by SONY Computer Entertainment in Japan in 2006 and released worldwide for consoles afterwards. FInally I even uninstalled my hard and mass storage device from device manager just to see if it helps. But in the end it worked again properly!!

Unless you're playing a MMORPG, you should never have to buy anything extra in order to enjoy your game. I restarted, but the hard drive still isn't showing up.
