To say that Netflix will not work through a blue ray player that partnered with them to have to product work due to them fearing recording is truly stupid. Apparently he also did not know what update on the receiver display was referring to. The first thing I noticed was the connection/load splash screen, rather than covering the entire viewing space, now had grey borders top and bottom. But at least netflix works again. First off a standard blue ray player is just that a player, not a recorder. Now it will not connect to the internet, either via wireless or wired connection. "Tech support" blames my ISP, and my modem/router.
