I can't remember whether I had to fix my internet connection before this happened with the player as it happens constantly. I want what I paid for or my money back. All it did was sit overnight, plugged in and off. Any internal traffic is automatically pumped to the outside world. Other apps work but when I tried to connect it to netflix it is saying it is not connected to the internet.Called Samsung, they gave me no help.

Also have problems with a Samsung Smart TV and Netflix, will not play sound through my sound system and the picture quality is poor.
